Tryouts and Evaluations
Evaluations and Tryouts for the 14U through 19U teams.
2018 14U and Older Evaluations
The early tryouts are necessary to help us determine the most likely configuration of teams. The 19U team will play in the Northern Illinois Hockey League (NIHL). It is likely that either the 14U or 16U team will move to the all-girls NIHL as well.
Because of this, the Cyclones must notify NIHL of our preliminary participation intentions in early July so they (NIHL) can beginning their planning. (Illinois starts earlier than Missouri).
How the Cyclones teams will be assembled will be based on the developmental needs of the players, age, family preference regarding travel etc. The underlying goal for the Lady Cyclones is to place girls on teams where they have the best chance to develop their game.
The tryouts/evaluations will consist of both skill evaluation and scrimmages. Each registrant will have 7 hours of ice time.
There is a $75 registration fee.

June 24 - 8, 9:10 & 10:20AM
An hour long pre-skate will be available to all in advance of the tryouts/evaluations. Date and time pending.

The tryouts/evaluations will consist of both skill evaluation and scrimmages and dryland workouts. Each registrant will have 4 hours of ice time.
There is a $50 non refundable tryout fee.
